Terms of Service

By using topservers.lol ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

The service

topservers.lol is a public leaderboard of Minecraft servers. Rank is determined solely by the total amount paid per server.
Server data (name, MOTD, player counts, icon) is fetched by pinging the listed server and is displayed as reported by that server.
We may remove any listing that breaks the Rules, without refund where the rules say so.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), and appears on your statement.
A completed payment adds the paid amount to the chosen server's lifetime total. Totals never expire and are not transferable between servers.
Refunds: payments are final except where required by law. Any issue — email hi@topservers.lol before starting a dispute or chargeback and we will sort it out.

The service is provided "as is". Placement does not guarantee clicks, players or sales. Listing is automated and is not an endorsement of any server.
